- Won't start, or stops mid-cycle
- Clothes come out still soapy or wet
Before you call
- Check the drain hose is not kinked and the lid or door is fully latched.
- Turn the water supply off at the wall if it is leaking.
- If it is stuck full of water, don't force the door open.
Tell us on the phone: brand, front-load or top-load, whether it shows an error code, and where the water is.
How a visit works
- Call, text or book. Tell us the brand, the symptom and your ZIP.
- A technician diagnoses the problem. The service call is $65.
- You get an estimate before any work starts.
- Approve the repair and the $65 comes off your bill. Can't find the problem: no fee. Can't fix it: full refund.
Price
$65 service call and diagnosis, credited toward the repair. First-time customers get $10 off and seniors get 15% off, on labor only. We take cash, Zelle, card and check. Repairs carry a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
