Before you call
- Clean the lint filter and check the vent hose behind the dryer is not crushed.
- If it smells like gas, stop, leave the area and call your gas utility first. Then call us.
- If you smell something burning, unplug it and don't run it.

- A technician diagnoses the problem. The service call is $65.
- You get an estimate before any work starts.
- Approve the repair and the $65 comes off your bill. Can't find the problem: no fee. Can't fix it: full refund.
Price
$65 service call and diagnosis, credited toward the repair. First-time customers get $10 off and seniors get 15% off, on labor only. We take cash, Zelle, card and check. Repairs carry a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
